Bug-001 Title: Collateral reduced by trade size, but no open trade / or history of the trade

Description: When a market order is sent to Ostium, it needs to be picked up by a 'keeper'. Until the keeper picks it up, it remains in a pending state. This means that the USDC will be deducted from the wallet, but no open trade will exist.

Workaround: When this occurs, the user will need to connect to Ostium and manually cancel the order. It will appear under the 'orders' tab per the screen shot.

The Ostium team are aware of the issue and working to resolve.
